"I'll take out a limb here with my review of Kaze. I'm super picky with my sushi and for those who complain about the price. Remember the old ad you get what you pay for good sushi is usually not cheap, and also here in Utah, it is hard to find. But with Kaze I was pleasantly surprised how good such a small operation can take off its quality. I sampled some of their menu items, and I loved every bite. Staff can sometimes be crassed, but if you understand that they are also people and we all have our days, it makes life much more beautiful. Kaze always made me right."
