"Don't usually leave bad reviews but wow this was just Terrible .i have bought food from other betos before, but this one is by far THE WORST . my food was not prepared like i had told the cashier i needed it. She said she would let the people in thekitchen know, and she obviously didn't. Some of the family i had bought some of the food for couldn't eat it ,because of thecarelessness of these employees. One of the burritos we ordered was a cali burrito, which ended up being full of just some drylooking potatoes and maybe a little tiny piece of steak after every 3 bites. I would understand if they had been packed andsuper busy, but that was not the case they only had 2 vehicles in the drive thru . very disappointing"

"What, how do you serve burned food? we went before two weeks service was great;yhanks montana. I think he would be a wine or a cheese ensemble in a high-end restaurant; he's always on his own. but the food was burned over boiled and must not be thrown on the grill until they become green. fried twill soggy. none of them requires a lot of technical skills. my wife, daughter and I love this place, but lately, jw seems to cook. funny the other side of the steak had no grill marks and the steak was rare mid plus. ok, I'm not a richard, I'm a French-trained cook from the culinary institute for chicago. I worked for many years for Princess Crossing Lines before I changed career. please check the execution, especially if they are the best steakhouse in ut. I'm not sure how they won this award. I want to give you a star, but montana has treated my family so well."

"This location is very inconclusive, sometimes the pizza is good, but sometimes it is not. For example, there were several times my pizza undercooked. I like to order on the app to get a fresh pizza, but sometimes they just give you a pizza that was ready. I also ordered the new Fanceroni Pepperoni and it didn't have very many Paprikas at all, although the advertisement said it had a lot."

"Prices are good and the location is obviously great if you're touring Temple Square. Limited hours, though. If you don't make it here while they're open, you can eat across the street in City Creek's food court. But eat here to save you some valuable tour time."

"I will not celebrate my birthday at this restaurant again. We were seated by the door at a broken wobbly table. The waiter was not very attractive. Very bad experience."

"The food here was awesome. The service was great too! The free parking the back was a nice touch. I got the brisket pizza and my wife got the Pear Jalapeno Pizza and we split the meatball appetizer. It was a real treat! The open kitchen was really neat also! Cost was about what you'd expect from a downtown, sit-down, non-chain restaurant. Pizzas were between $15-$20 and can easily feed two people/pie. The meatball appetizer was served with a half order of focaccia bread and cost $15. Honestly, the meatballs filled me up and I could only eat one slice of my pizza and took the rest to go!"
