"Walked in with one other person on a Saturday at 4:30pm. The place was practically empty. The hostess said it wouldn't be a problem getting us in without a reservation. The hostess then left to ask her manager. The seat they gave us was right next to the hostess booth even though it was completely empty. Overall a disappointing experience. Overpriced and the service was lacking."

"My first experience at Nohm was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in SLC. Cliff and Arnold wowed me with their knowledge on the cocktails offered and Chef Dave’s cuisine was absolutely stellar. His passion for food and love of his culture was evident in presentation and flavor. Since then, I’ve been back a couple of times and I always leave happy. I’ve seen Chef Dave working as a host, food runner, busser, barback and leader of the kitchen throughout my visits. He loves what he does and it is beautiful to witness someone so kind hearted and creative live out their dream. SLC is lucky to have Nohm nestled in this city."

"Eating has been met or missed. pasta dish with “miso braised chicken” was so blande. literal no spice or taste. “Homemade” pasta was not fresh. hamburger helper vibes. lamb rack, on the other side, was excellent. beautiful char and great aromas of salat and mais. the mushroom shell has not tasted, but our dining room partners said it was also great. Drinks took forever and the car was a stupid novelty, but the cross was well done."
