"I had high hopes for Potbelly since I am a sandwich lover. The sandwich was tasty, but nothing special. It took me a while to really decide which sandwich I would like. I settled on the turkey bacon. Again, good but it left a lot to be desired. I wanted to add avocados, ranch, garlic aioli, pesto, or another sauce, but I didn't see the option to really customize. I wanted to add some sprouts, cucumbers or other options... Not much there.<br>

If I'm wrong tell me. I just wish I could have built a sandwich with their clean ingredients. <br>

"Variable quality. Terrible customization.At this location in particular, the quality and heat level of the chicken varies greatly. Sometimes you get a tender that reminds you why Salt Lake fell in love with this restaurant. Sometimes you get a box full of naked chicken and breading crumbs.What makes me avoid this location is how often they don't respect their own customization options. The receipt is always correct, but they just fling the same 8 things into a box and churn them out.It's a pretty bad sign when some place is getting unfavorably compared to fast food, but it's true in this limited scope. Most fast food places pay less attention to overall quality, cost less, produce it faster, and get your order more consistently right. Possibly an effect of the extremely limited customization options has sedated the employees into being little more than machines filling every box exactly the same and thrusting it at the customer with little care."

"This isn't the Maxwell's I remember. The pizza was fine, and the salad wasn't great, but they took that off of our bill when we sent it back. Maybe it was an off day, but their service was impeccable!"

"Greek Souvlaki has the best Gyro in town, bar none. And for the price, you can't beat it. Plus their gyro comes with their tasty fries and fry sauce, which makes the meal perfect. If you haven't tried it yet, stop in for lunch and try this one. Lines are pretty quick even at lunch time."
