"Authentic Korean galbi in a strip mall. Korea House is a welcome surprise in Salt Lake City. The food and service are as good as any Korean restaurant I've sampled (in a variety of countries). I arrived on a Wednesday night about 6:30 p.m., and was the only customer, with a young woman and man as servers. I ordered my usual choice, galbi (beef short ribs). I was served 5 small dishes of banchan, a bowl of rice, and then the galbi arrived on a sizzling platter on top of onions. "I had filet with lobster tail. Meat was cooked perfectly, blue rare. Lobster perfect also. Creme brulee dessert also perfect. My server, Yulia was attentive at appropriate times. I have eaten at Christopher's multiple times and this was the best meal I've ever had. BRAVO."
