"8:20 AM...I 'm sitting in the corner booth of I Heart Pancakes in Bristol, California. To be honest...I 'm nervous. The atmosphere isn 't the most welcoming. However I 'm optimistic, and hoping that my bacon and eggs with pancakes (eggs scrambled, blueberry pancakes) put a smile on my face.8:26: I 'd like to make it known that among other nostalgic pop songs, they are blasting I Kissed a Girl by Katy Perry. I am intrigued as to what vibe they are trying to put out.8:32: The worst imaginable situation happened. A 10 inch hair was slowly pulled out of a stack of chocolate pancakes. I can 't say I 'm surprised. The way the hair slowly became longer is it was pulled out of the chocolatey flapjacks caused my stomach to flip. I like to call this the funeral of my appetite. 8:40: I powered through the rest of my food. It was okay, exactly what you would expect. However I am still shaken by the previous events. 8:50: I sit in the booth, looking back on my experience. Thinking about it, this is exactly the experience I would have expected. The horror juxtaposed against the simple joys of crispy small diner hash browns. If you come here, just know you reap what you sow."

"Great spot! Food with decent The pie was amazing, service was great. Only negative was front desk gentleman who may have been the manager or something seemed annoyed and angry. The servers and staff were great just disappointed any initial introduction anytime we had to interact with him but thumbs up either than that"

"This place is a pretty good place to have a good breakfast with the family. It is a mix of Mexican and American food that meets the point. I came here on a Sunday at noon and the place was pretty packed. There was a waiting list that took about 20 minutes to get a text that our table was ready. The food was really good, I can't wait to come back and try different items on the menu."

"Love this location, good administration, very clean, very comfortable location and overall service was great the manager was to check and ask with customers whether everything was okay, you hardly see this in a Denny's, but this lady was really in customer service, thumbs for chefs very fresh and well prepared food thank you order the spinach skill and it was just the way I find it full of vegetables on my daughter not too much potatoes and light"

"Delicious food. Had the artichoke as an appetizer and the tomatoes Basilikum Pasta. All were cooked for perfection. Would come back to try out all the other articles. Surprises that it was Italian inspired. Didn't expect that from the name. Also delicious bread! I gave one four just because we were charged for the bread that was placed on the table. Not a great deal, but thought it was free like other restaurants because we weren't asked and then accused. Overall, it was a good new place to add to our restaurant list."
