"We paid for 2 rooms (1 night) and the pool wasn’t open until after 1 pm the first day when it was supposed to be open at 9, then when we were able to go in the slides were all closed. I have teenagers who were very bored as the only things available to do were the little kid play place. We were told they weren’t sure when the slides would be opening again.The next day the slides still weren’t open for a few hours and once they did the chemicals were so strong they were foaming and my kids ended up with chemical burns. (Not bad enough for an er visit but they were in pain none the less). I also got a ruptured ear drum due to the water spraying so hard coming off one of the slides.After only a few hours they closed the family slide again and it didn’t open the rest of the night. We complained and were offered day passes but we live over 200 miles away and I don’t foresee us being able to come up to Scottsdale again without a hotel stay which they said they wouldn’t refund.We paid almost $1000 for one night and were only able to use half the park and my kids were very disappointed. Not to mention their skin issues coming out of the pools and my medical bills from my ruptured ear drum.The staff was very nice though. And it wasn’t their fault the slides were closed but they could have sent out a text or call informing us ahead of time we could only use half the park for the same amount of money."

"The owner is a swindler. I suggest going to another spot. And I suggest to the owner to stop over taxing his customers. It's illegal and if it happens again I will be reporting you. Thank you come again."
