"Being out of towners, we found this place on Happy Cow. Fun place colorful with big pictures of Mexican wrestlers. Our server was a vegan so she was able to guide us to the good stuff on the menu. Had the chofu taco and a custom torta. Taco good, torta great. The soy chorizo has quite the kick nice and spicy. The salsas and guacamole were really good."

"Let?s be clear?this is the best food around. My wife and I drove from Dallas, TX to get here because it is the closest one to us. We used to go to the one in Chicago when we lived there and we just needed to have it again. You cannot go wrong with anything here. And this particular location has the friendliest and best staff around."

"Amazing building! Loved chatting with the lady in the gift shop about the history of the Lemp Mansion/Brewery and of St Louis. The Sunday dinner was amazing! It was so much food to list but bring your appetite! Can't wait to go back!"

"All the food here looked incredible and wish I could have tried it all. I tried the maitake mushrooms, crab rangoon, wild mushroom stuffed ravioli, carrot cake, bread pudding, and lemon meringue parfait. Wow oh wow! I have no words for how amazing the food, staff, and atmosphere was! Can't recommend this place enough! I love that everything was vegan by default even though they offer vegetarian options!"

"We were so glad to be back! This is our favorite BBQ in STL; it’s just consistently great across all the menu items we’ve tried. The crispy brussel sprouts are amazing, and my husband and I both love the smothered fries with pulled pork! We tend to get their sandwhiches, and love the variety of sauce options, but are partial to the Black Isle/peppery sauce. We will be back, excited to enjoy the drinks when the license goes through!"
