"I come in here for certain things because my oh my the food court employees especially the ladies name marigarita and araceli are rude rude rude like if your field not in providing customer satisfaction then you need be somewhere else, my second time and if i continue to go and this happens again im taking this to cooperate. But the managers (Jennifer and Yand) sure know how do their job title the proper way thanks ?"

"I have had 2 bad experiences when ordering food for delivery. I ordered a chicken bowl. What I got was about 3 tablespoons of SHREDDED BEEF in the bowl and nothing else, I called the delivery services and they had Chipotle remake the bowl, when it wasdelivered I found about 2 tablespoons of shredded beef and nothing else!. I was so done..then a month later I ordered anotherchicken bowl, because I worked late..what I got was more of a vegetable bowl, because it wa only about 6-7 very small pieces ofchicken in the bowl...I am so done with Chipotle. have gone into hat place only once, there is no COVID safety being practiced,people stand bunched up in line"
