"Good food but customer service needs help and they need to lower their prices. The milkshakes have almost no flavor and are 5$ for a small size. Not to mention the guy making it was so busy on the phone it took them 15 minutes just to make the milkshake after our order was ready..."

"My friend brought me to Alexander's Steakhaus on one of our first dates, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. “Steakhouse” makes me think of Black Angus... so not the same shoe! Alexander's is now my favorite restaurant. You can't find a better service, the food is fantastic! We have a server that we LOVE, her name is Andrea Dugan, and she is the best! First-class service, nothing less! If you have not been yet, make it a point to ask for Andrea section (reservations are a must. My favorite entree is the “Cow Crustasian” (aka “Steak n’ Steak” . You get a petite fillet Mignon and a lobster steak (both are delicious, no matter how they are prepared... to die! The desert menu is combined by Lovely and Talented Rosie (Header Gebäckkoch). It is great, at some point you read the menu and it doesn't sound like it tastes right (such as biery, but it never fails. It's always fabulous! If I could give more than 5 stars..."

"Excellent quality, from the right smoke, quality cuts (prime rib), fresh brot cooked in the house, bevel rings, root beer. excellent! they look at the hours when they close a little earlier, probably as they get up early to smoke the meat."

"Tried the Bangers and fries and an onion rings appetizer with curry sauce.Onions rings by themselves were ok, the curry sauce rescued them. Bangers were good too, the fries with curry sauce were excellent.The decor really benefits from the low light. Service was fast and very good."
