"I have been raving about this restaurant since it’s opened. I have recommended countless people there over the years by telling them it is the very best Thai restaurant. We were just there recently with a group of 7 people. Upon walking in we are greeted with a sign saying that a 18% tip is automatically going to be added to our bill. We would always tip at least 20% or more, but when mandated I will never go above that. Then we ordered our food, it arrived delicious as always, and accompanied by one container of rice filled half way at best. When it was gone, immediately, we asked for more rice. She returned with the bowl about 25% full. Again, with 7 people rice goes fast. We again asked for some more, we were then told “ you have to pay now for all this rice” she brought another 25% full container. Then we got the bill, not only did we pay for the rice she told us about, but also paid for the little bit we got as as initial refill. I love the food at this restaurant, but service, price, and silly rules like not allowing gift cards on holidays will keep me from coming back again or recommending people again."

"I ordered a bowl and plate today. The plate was supposed to be peppered steak and shrimp. I got home and realized I only had 2 very thin pieces of steak and all peppers. Noodles was very dry and I had to stir them in the juice from the peppers just to get some flavor. This was my first time visiting this location and was quite disappointed. Troy location is my usual go to and I think I’ll stick with them. However, the staff was very friendly just not what I was looking forward to when I had Panda Express in mind for lunch."

"No. later this is not your big young one from yesterday! in love to love her eating, big young, slim jim, brawny lad. this place was disappointing. we must not be the only ones who think so because around 17.30 clock there was almost nobody in the restaurant! next to my friend and me. I counted a total of 6 people. my friend ordered chicken soup, it came on, but it was chicken orchard, not chicken noodles. he asked for crackers who had none. I asked for salat with the garlic oil dressing they had no! Come on! Why did we come to big boy? we got brawny lads who were decent, but they don't offer the combo dishes as they used to fries and salate. So for 2 burgers, a frit, an salate and a suppe, we were at $30. not back!"

"The food was great. It came out hot and everything was delicious. Some of the best dim sum we've had in the area. But the service was so disappointing. Food came out haphazardly and inconsistently. Tables that got seated after us got their food before us. The way that it works there is that you order the dim sum by checking off what you'd like. This isn't much different than other places. But when they bring out the food they don't bring it out by table. The waitresses just bring out a bunch of dishes on a tray and then search every table to see if you ordered what they had. They don't pay any attention to who got seated first, what dishes you're waiting for. We sat for 2 hours and still had 4 dishes that hadn't been served to us but that I saw had been served to other tables. Perhaps dinner service would be better? I wouldn't not go back for dim sum but would definitely be more aggressive about making sure we got our food by actively telling the waitresses that we ordered what was on their trays instead of waiting for them to figure it out."
