"I've been eating here for ten years. The service is always great and the food is awesome. I've dined in, had delivery and take out. Always great. I haven't had anything I didn't like. I've sent a lot of hotel guests here. Everything about North End Pizza stands above most places. Keep up the great everything."

"I just recently went and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at this place. Every time I travel to Virginia Beach, I like to go because it had really good food and service the last couple of times I’ve been. This time, the lady seemed very confused and unattentive. My sister and I ordered a beer, but it was supposed to be domestic, meaning cheaper than the imported alternative. She ended up telling me that the beer I ordered was out of stock, but she’d give me whatever else I wanted for the price of the domestic. When I went to check out, I noticed that she charged me for the imported beer price and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. They also messed up on my friends order, even though the cashier checked and double checked with her. Luckily, they didn’t make hr pay for it, but it was still very inconvenient. They also charge you 18% gratuity, but they don’t put that on the lunch menu so you only learn once you get up to the registers. I gave her cash for my meal, and she had no idea how much change to give me back. All in all, the lady was very rude, and seemed very lazy. I guess in the past, the waitstaff was just way better."

"The experience was first class all the way! Great service and waitstaff. Excellent food prep. All entrees were served at the proper temperature. Ordered beet salad, ceasar salad, foccacia flatbread, chicken parm, puttanesca, and dessert. Strongly recommend the foccacia and beet salad (if you like beets). Last, but certainly not least, it was a very serene atmosphere. No televisions in the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise! It's a 40-minute trip for us, nevertheless, we will be back!"
