"My parents have been coming here lately and I went with them for the first time last night. Chad was our server and he was super nice. One of my parents might be a little annoying sometimes and he still treated them with the utmost respect and remained not only kind but seemed caring too. The food was AMAZING! Live music in the background. The manager was also really nice and made sure we got the service we wanted! I love this place! Thank you guys!"

"I just recently went and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at this place. Every time I travel to Virginia Beach, I like to go because it had really good food and service the last couple of times I’ve been. This time, the lady seemed very confused and unattentive. My sister and I ordered a beer, but it was supposed to be domestic, meaning cheaper than the imported alternative. She ended up telling me that the beer I ordered was out of stock, but she’d give me whatever else I wanted for the price of the domestic. When I went to check out, I noticed that she charged me for the imported beer price and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. They also messed up on my friends order, even though the cashier checked and double checked with her. Luckily, they didn’t make hr pay for it, but it was still very inconvenient. They also charge you 18% gratuity, but they don’t put that on the lunch menu so you only learn once you get up to the registers. I gave her cash for my meal, and she had no idea how much change to give me back. All in all, the lady was very rude, and seemed very lazy. I guess in the past, the waitstaff was just way better."

"The best pizza in VA Beach! New York style, thin crispy crust, great tasting sauce with the perfect amount of cheese. My wife and I drive 40 minutes for this pizza a couple times a month. Today it was pepperoni. Great pizza and the service is above and beyond. The kids that work there really want to be there. They come from all over Europe mainly Eastern Med for the summertime crowds at the beach. Very friendly and eager to help, they make the visit even better."
