"The salads are the same as they are always very good. You can build yourself or choose from the menu. For me, they're just a little too cold for a salad, but I guess that's for freshness. The restaurant itself was not very clean, food was completely on the ground, table (with a COVID sanitary sign on it) and seating were not deleted. But overall the salads are still very good."

"The Sunrise Sandwich was absolutely delicious! The Coconut Cake was to die for. TO-DIE-FOR! The kids and I will go back for another slice one of these days. Lovely atmosphere with a bit of a view of the ocean (albeit in the distance . Excellent service. Healthy, and nutritious food (except the cakes..: and locally sourced ingredients, I strongly recommend Graze Kitchen!I should add that this was one of the best meals I've had in VA beach!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options available.Parking: Tons of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: I noticed a ramp entrance on the side of the building."

"I have have eaten here many time while shopping in the store. I often get 'Build your own ' Black Bean Burger w/vegan aioli. I have always enjoyed the food. I also buy there Grab 'N Go items. I love their vegan noodle salad and sesame pasta thing."

"Tads deli has been a family favorite for years. As we now have a new addition to our family, I decided it'd be best to have their first outing be at our favorite place. Just was just beautiful to see it be full circle. My children are now bringing their children to a place that feels like home. From the warm welcoming smiles when you first arrive, having friendly faces serve you. Hearing joy and laughter while sharing great deli meals and splurging for the absolute best brownies in the 757. I'm not feeling rushed or overwhelmed. You get to really slow down and enjoy the people you love and the time you are sharing over great sandwiches and dessert."
