"I love this bar as long as Darlene is working (or any other bartender except Crystal) but if Crystal is there, I won't bother! Darlene runs her hind end off tending bar and keeps a close eye on when your ready for another drink, without even having to ask! She also offers menus and asks if your eating when you sit down.... top notch service!! However, if Crystal is working you might as well grab a 6 pack from the corner store and go home and drink. Crystal doesn't wait on you and ignores you, she WILL NOT stop and ask if you want another drink, you have to ask for a menu but then never comes back to check and see if you want to order "

"We have been going to downtown Vivios for years. Was always a pleasure. Not so much now. Had lunch their today (Saturday). Bloody Mary and bourbon burger. Sauce to sweet and burger flavorless. Was disappointed. Didn 't even taste like beef! Great fries. Asked the to busy bartender for S&P. Slapped 2 dirty S&P bottles between me and the couple next to me and said you will have to share. Bartender grabbed 2 dirty glasses and 1 very large dirty mug and placed on bar next to the drinks, I was enjoying. Dirty mug rested against my straw. Good thing no health department employee in site. Observed solo bartender touching everything in site, washing all filthy glasses, not a glove in site nor did she ever wash her hands. I don 't believe washing dirty glasses qualify. Management needs to pay attention! I did enjoy my conversation with the two delightful/resourceful patrons sitting next to me."

"The food is great I order from here often never have any issues but today I didn’t enjoy my experience whoever answered the phone wasn’t pleasant at all. She was very rude in my opinion when she asked me for my address I gave it to her and she said “WHERES THAT” her tone was so negative I just hung up didn’t even wanna continue ordering my food . Also I’ve never been charged for extra cocktail sauce and she said they cost 75 cents I understand charging but the size of them is very small not worth 75 cents."

"Good place, the corned beef and barley soup was delicious the cheese bread was cheese bread. It was Taco Tuesday so pretty cool they had two tacos for $2. We ordered the wings and they would have been fantastic except for the old fryer oil they were fried in ruined them. They were sopping wet with old fry oil unfortunately. Not sure if you can tell from the photos. After eating one we tried to press the rest of them between napkins, didn't really work, I mean the napkins were soaking wet but so were the wings still. They were $15 for 10 wings. What made it worse is they put the wings in foil in a basket so they just soaked in a pool of oil and we're suuuuper soggy on the bottoms. Never a fan of sending things back and with something like this it's not like you can say hey can you just change your fryer oil real quick and make me some new wings. We had really good service as there was not many people there so that was nice. By the time we left around 7:00 I think they had one table and half the bar full. Definitely go on a Tuesday to get two for $2 tacos. Wish we would have just stuck to that."
