"Love it. Great prices at this hole in the wall it's so hard to find but it's worth the effort. It can easily be lost in the great selection of Latino foods even on that block but it's definitely worth the trip."

"This is the only location in DC I go to to get Peruvian chicken. My favorites are the 1/4th chicken, fries, rice/beans. If you are looking for a chicken spot to grab something quickly that is filling and low cost, I always recommend pollo super chicken. They have seating but this is not much of a sit down restaurant (if you know what I mean). It is located near DuPont circle so parking is extremely limited. The sauce DON’T FORGET THE YELLOW SAUCE."

"We were trying to go to a Caps game. One waiter was available for the entire restaurant it seemed. He explained the soup special could not be ordered because it was not done yet. We arrived at 5:45. We finally left around 7:25 and missed a good portion of the first period. Considering we had two nice bottles of wine and the bill was north of $700, it was the first time in many at Proof that the experience was a huge disappointment."
