"I came here for a quick solo dinner on a weeknight. Great healthy food, nice patio space, friendly staff! Easy to cater to dietary restrictions (GF DF). The gluten free cookie was to die for!"

"One of my favorite light-lunchboxes in dc. they have in the ground themselves rice, nudel and or salat bowl with a southeast Asian flair. A.k.a dressings are more fish sauce and acid-based, which is delicious and refreshing, but still tasteful. when I first visited, I think it was one of the owners who worked the front so that there was a little more love in the salat than my new visit, but the employee helped me this time was still very friendly. the chicken salad is always a winner and they can choose how sharp they want it. they also have a series of vegan dressings and various protein options or even a kicherbsen curry when they look different. the star of my visit was this time the buttersemolina cake. this cache was so soft and creamy with a warm fat syrup, and the nuts and light texture of the smolina really works in this cake. an extremely decadent way to finish and otherwise light meal"

"My friend and I went to eat here and it was delicious. it was our first Greek Casual restaurant experience, but it was beautiful because of its Greek cuisine and I don't eat it regularly. friendly and friendly staff. feed standard salat or rice bowl or pita options. To be honest, the cord beans had me a break, but they were good in my salad bowl. if they are looking for a fast casual eating, it is a good option to consider."

"This place is very tasty. Went with a vegan friend and the yellow split peas were both our favorite dish."

"We had a wonderful meal at Fig and Olive DC. We started with the crostini a selection of The forest mushroom with truffle and artichoke was our favorite. My partner had the paella and I have the bouillabaisse. Both were prepared with a stunning presentation with flavor to match the appearance. A must visit restaurant when in DC"

"My wife and I had an excellent dinner at this modest-size neighborhood gem in the Adams Morgan district. From the moment we walked in the restaurant, the service was welcoming, warm and responsive. The menu was interesting and the fresh pasta was excellent and arrived at our table very quickly. The soundtrack enhanced the overall atmosphere, as does the open kitchen. Finally, the price point is very reasonable. We don’t live in D.C., but if we did, we would be at Al Volo regularly."

"The amenities at this place are very simple, but that is in an effort to cut costs! The food is delicious and the profits are used to help refugees."
