"Great food but always some unnecessary theatrics/drama.One time we asked for a bread substitution due to my father’s inability to eat hard bread. The answer was no, chef doesn’t allow it.Today I asked for coffee in a porcelain cup. I was told no, those are only for lattes (small ones, not large ones). Because they don’t have enough.Feedback to management and owner: you charge high prices for the food *and* the service. The service currently isn’t up to par. Buy more porcelain cups. Be more flexible and kind to your customers."
