"Tuesday I got the chance to hang out with some of my blogging buddies and try a new restaurant. This time we had been invited up to Opa! Souvlaki in Kenaston Common. This is the second Opa! Souvlaki in Winnipeg. The first which is about 5-6 years old is in Polo Park, while this location is approaching it’s first birthday. I’ve never visited either location, although my friend and ministry colleague Greg Glatz is a big fan of the Polo Park site."

"My husband and I were at The Met with a travel group 15 of us altogether. Everything about our meal was excellent. They managed our large group with ease and the food was served in good time with no long gaps between each of...us getting our appetizers or main course. The food was delicious one of the best meals I'd had in a long time. I had a seafood noddle dish for my main course. It had lots of perfectly seafood in it (not a noddle dish with a few bits of seafood) and a delicate, tasty sauce. I highly recommend The Met."

"On Wednesday from 4 8 PM they have a super deal for seniors $6.99 for a drink,salad, personal pizza, cinniparts for dessert.For that price I thought it would be small drink, tiny salad, a few cinnis. But it wasa full portion of everything. The regular price for this would be over $17. And the Cesar salad was one of the best I've had real bacon and lots of croutons and I really like the taste of the dressing. Only thing is they don't say age for seniors asked once told 65, asked another time told 65...60...55 shrug of shoulders. Server Princess was great"
