"We’ve been to Hermanos in the past and enjoyed it. We were very disappointed in this visit. Received the appetizer after the entrees, were not given refills on water or offered refills on drinks. Asked for a second beer and it was never brought. Steaks were cooked very differently from what was ordered. The undercooked steak was taken back to the kitchen, and a discount was offered on the overcooked steak. There was no offer to replace it. When we received the bill, a 5% discount was given on the overcooked steak. Although it was happy hour, regular price was charged for the drinks. The bill was corrected when we asked the server about it. Overall, the quality of the food and the service were not up to par with the price."

"We were a group of 10 and all of us were in agreement as to the quality of the food and service. The sushi was delicious and the chicken Karaage was amazing. We had 3 platters of raw oysters as well which were fresh and served nice and cold. The service was flawless. Sake and beer all around and we were very happy campers."

"I am told they have awesome salads! LOL But I wouldn't know, I cant go without having a burger! Awesome burgers and fries, the only thing I miss from their original location is the burger bun, not quite as good."

"This is the second time this happens to me. The first time was insulting, and I did not comment or complain. However, this time it was unbearable and hard to let it go. I was seated at a table and then I went to the washroom and came back and found that my waitress seated someone else at my table and found that they had a glass of beer which was half full. I didn’t even last two minutes. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen, and the most insulting and disrespectful behaviour I have ever had in any restaurant. Do I need to take permission to go to the washroom so I can keep my table. Back to the last experience I had my card not working when I was checking out so I told them that my husband is awaiting me outside and I’m gonna go and get his card to pay. And you can keep my iPhone. However, they gave me the look of being a thief, and they also took my ID which was not supposed to happen legally. Does this make any sense? I left my $1500 phone for a 60 bucks bill and they still get me wrong.Moxie’s has been nothing but very disappointing and the worst so far.Of note, Carmen was very good and she was the only respectful person however, the rest were very disrespectful and didn’t care at all, which I felt very very insulting.I will never come back again, and I will never ever recommend this place to anyone."
