"Very disappointed with their customer service. I ordered few dishes this time and spoke clearly with their own language and repeatedly what particular I wanted. After picked up and came home. Opened up they gave me totally wrong with what I ordered, I called them, they didn't acknowledge that they were wrong or try to improve, they were fighting with me as their regular customer and highly recommended few of their good dishes before. Wow, what was the horrible thing I've never seen in restaurants business. Of course I will never come back, and do not recommend restaurants service like Bale Valley!!!"

"The best pad Thai I’ve had in a long time. I got mine with shrimp and it was delicious! We also had spring rolls to start along with Thai iced tea and Thai coffee. Highly recommend checking this place out! They also have parking spaces available, but not many."

"The spring shrimp rolls are tasty but I've never had a spring roll fall apart before eating it. Like legit on both sides broke. Couldn't eat it really, darnit. Pad Thai was tasteless. Disappointing. Just noodles egg and tofu. Needs decent green onions and more, and flavor. Really wanted this place to live up to the reviews. Just wasn't my experience."

"It's been a year we have not been here. Meanwhile they enlarged the restaurant by adding the adjacent store and enriched their menu. Now this place looks much better. They serve all traditional Thai soups such as noodle soups with your choice of beef or chicken. We had curry chicken, chicken wonton soup, stir fried vegetables with proteins, pad thai noodle soup with a side of butterfly shrimp. All were very delicious."
