"I went there with some friends for dinner. Positives: 1. We ordered 20 boneless wings and they were very tender. 2. The Chicken Caesar Salad tasted great and complemented our meal well. 3. The place was packed but they had plenty of air-cons to keep the restaurant cool. Negatives: 1. The Daytona flavour for the wings weren 't spicy, just tasted like extra sweet BBQ sauce. Get some Tobasco if you want to add some kick to it. 2. The croutons in the salad had an interesting texture but was extremely oily. 3. The service was a bit slow and it was difficult to find our waitress at times (understandable though, as they were packed). Overall, good vibes and delicious food."

"Visited Urban 68 Pub Restaurant on 29 July 2023 for supper. Burger was fantastic as well as the Calamari my friends ordered. Service fantastic, atmosphere fantastic, waiters super friendly and helpfull. Manageress constantly walking around and assist where she can. Visited on 30 July 2023 for lunch menu. Outstanding!!! Accommodated us earlier and cannot say anything negative about the staff and the restaurant. I will recommend to everyone as there are few restaurants going the extra mile for their customers. Well done!!"

"It wasn't bad but wasn't great either. The whole experience of eating here was a study in mediocrity. I wasn't expecting haut cuisine as I've been to several branches before but there was a series of niggles that really buggered the experience. Firstly two of the items weren't in stock which was a 40% fail rate for a party of five. Secondly one of the group is a vegan but his burger came slathered with a salad dressing with egg in it. It's not a great leap to expect vegan food when ordered from a plant based/vegan chunk of the menu. Then one item was not sent to the table. Finally the bill was incomplete and one item penciled in as apparently it was added to some other poor sod's bill. So not impressed with the service. The food was okay when it arrived."

Very Poor service,the staff has Terrible attitude,food we received was cold,and the Garlic roll was burnt and like rock, All we ask for is good service and good food,we are paying for it!!"
