"Absolutely amazing eating and making a reasonable journey. had the screw starter in creamy garlic sauce, oh my word, it's really difficult to find a place that can make snails right. also tested the rump steak and it was very delicate and succulent. they were there for the chicken prego and chips, also amazing. eating is fresh and tasty."

"The worst service ever. First had a bad experience with delivery when they took an hour and a half to deliver, but thought I should give them a second chance. Unfortunately after ordering again next time I had yet another bad experience where excuse after excuse was given and promises that the driver is on his way, needless to say the pizza never showed up."

"Nice quaint restaurant by the dam. Lovely outdoor patio under canopy of trees. Limited selection on menu for lacto-vegetarians but waiter made a plan and we enjoyed lovely fresh food (aside from the chips- which must've been from the day before). Good starters and decent veg platter. Nice drive from JHB and escape from hustle and bustle of the city."

"A cool spot to visit if you are out this side. Had a great burger and chips. There is an option to choose your own meat and they set up a braai for you so you can cook. It's much bigger than it looks. Staff were very friendly!"
