"We went there for some cake and coffee. The service wasn't great, some of the staff don't seem very well trained. We also couldn't have coffee because they ran out of water??? The pavlova tasted like it was made with some kind of spray cream but the cheesecake wasn't bad. Overall quite overpriced for the standard of food and service. If you're paying 100+ for a dessert it should be higher quality. Service: Take out Price per person: R 100–150 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2"

"Very understaffed. Rather long wait until our food arrived, 60 minutes. Atmosphere inside was ice cold. 2 heaters not working, ie no replacement gas bottles. Anyways, it was pleasant chatting to my wife."

"What an amazing experience from start to finish. The moment you step in, you already feel welcome as you are greeted with warm smiles in a very cosy atmosphere. I was on crutches at the time we visited Coachman's Inn. The waitress offered to carry my bag for me as she took us to our table. We were given complimentary welcome drinks and were welcomed by the owner just before she personally went through the specials of the day. The only negative thing about the evening, was when I couldn't decide what I wanted because everything sounded SO good. We placed our orders. I was surprised as to how fast our food was ready. The presentation of the food was absolutely sublime. The taste, however, was even better! Can't remember when was the last time I had such a good meal. Besides the waiter coming to check up on us, the owners and the chef also came to our table personally to find out if we are happy with our food. I really had an amazing evening. I will definitely go back! Thank you so much, Coachman's Inn!"

"Have been to this place for lunch and we liked it. Order fried dim sums, sweet corn cakes, thai stir fried noodles and thai style fried rice. Service was amazing and will definitely visit the place again."
