"We chose the first menu as the food was the most accessible for one of our travellers, it included a lovely amuse bouches of foie gras flambe, teasers of carrot sticks that were crunchy outside and smooth inside, liquid quiche and sorbet cornichon -- a lovely juxtaposition of tastes and textures. The bettarave and mackerel entree was tasty, the Mediterranean seabass with vegetables and parmesan croutons was delicious and the braised beef and carrots was tender and full of great tastes. We finished the meal with chocolate mousse, always a favourite! Would recommend trying the higher level menus, they looked very interesting. Wine pairings were recommended well, and the staff was very attentive, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this experience."
