"I traveled from San Diego to Birmingham Alabama and tried BBQ all the way to pierce the southern states. Blue Moon BBQ had the best tasting BBQ!! I had only Saw's BBQ the day before in Birmingham and it was really good, but Blue Moon's pig was more tasteful with good pieces a delicious bark!! Loved her sauce and chow chow also!!!"

"The BBQ sandwich here is amazing! I love BBQ and usually drive to Birmingham or Ttown to have Dreamland... but now I just drive right down the road and have the best BBQ I've ever had!! The loaded potato salad is amazing and different! The added ranch and bacon make it some of the best I've ever had."

"We were welcomed by friendly hostesses and were quickly sitting on a Saturday night. the hostess and server were very friendly and welcoming! our hostess answered asking and made suggestions as it was our first visit. the food came fast and was great! the hunch was the tenderest I ever had, loved the white sauce on the side. my man had swung and loved it! I hope to go back when we get back to beautiful alibaster! oh yes, I couldn't get enough of the little cheese rolls! had to bring some of the mix home!"

"I totally forgot how much taste they can pack in a veggie. I ate the first half of the medium-sized sandwich without hot sauce and enjoyed peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, but the second half was covered in sorensen, a sweet, ketchupy, BBQ sauce, while the bread was also dipped with cholula. When I arrived at 12:20, the line was 8 people deep and it took some time to get forward, but I think the wait will be much shorter outside the lunch hour. I ordered a medium veggie on wheat, was asked if I like a pimple, my sandwich fully involved if I want to make it a combo if I want the cost on the next full dollar for a good thing, and finally what my name is. All orders were very smooth and the cashier lost no single step when they heard my name. I was quite satisfied and still debatiere if 5 stars would be a more suitable assessment."
