"Joe's Italian never disappointed, our food was amazing! We had several appetizers and then had the aubergines Parmesan, lasagna, cake and wine and it was all super delicious!!!! As good as the meal was, the best part of the experience was our server, Bradley. He was funny, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! We will be back soon and we will definitely ask for Bradley!"

"Hubby and I visited Alabaster, Al. WOWWWW! I was not a real fan of Olive Garden except the salad and Moscato wine UNTIL LAST NIGHT!!! Our waiter (does not remember his name, but remembers his smile) was an amazing young man who was so professional and friendly!! He did a fantastic job! We were so happy with him! The dishes and portions were INCREDIBLE!! Food was hot fresh and just as we ordered it! Thank you for this kind of experience considering that customer service is almost not existent in these days!! We're coming back!"

"The pizza is good, the service is not. If you place an order over an hour before picking up, expect your order to be ready when you show up late. However, this facility does not seem to work together. The lady who helped me told me to order 30 minutes before the next time. I laughed and said so don't give you an hour?! 30 minutes? Very disappointed, especially when you take it for someone who is crunchy at a time."

"I'm totally impressed. I'll wait for my pizza when a lady came back to pick up her order. The young man said he was confused and finished it in 4 minutes. He was honest, had a great attitude with her and the two young employees gave her a dessert to be patient with them. This is how the customer service should be. We should all understand that companies are working short. The customer recognized this and the employees rose with a smile to make the best of the situation. I hope I see such positive things."
