"I've known about the place for a long time to try. The atmosphere is super friendly and interesting, the service was fast and smiling, the food was top notch delish! I had the catfish, and most places on bread it overcooked it and comes to you as a fat evil fried mess, NOT HERE! Light flaky well cooked and well seasoned with just enough bread to be crunchy. Hush puppies are usually not my thing, again because most places make them too big and then overcook them to get the center ready. Here they are slightly smaller than expected, but crisp with fantastic taste. A great beer selection with people who are well trained to tell you what is offered! Stuck around for the Sassy Brown Blues band and had a great time! Look forward to a return flight!"

"I traveled from San Diego to Birmingham Alabama and tried BBQ all the way to pierce the southern states. Blue Moon BBQ had the best tasting BBQ!! I had only Saw's BBQ the day before in Birmingham and it was really good, but Blue Moon's pig was more tasteful with good pieces a delicious bark!! Loved her sauce and chow chow also!!!"

"Hubby and I visited Alabaster, Al. WOWWWW! I was not a real fan of Olive Garden except the salad and Moscato wine UNTIL LAST NIGHT!!! Our waiter (does not remember his name, but remembers his smile) was an amazing young man who was so professional and friendly!! He did a fantastic job! We were so happy with him! The dishes and portions were INCREDIBLE!! Food was hot fresh and just as we ordered it! Thank you for this kind of experience considering that customer service is almost not existent in these days!! We're coming back!"

"We were greeted by the most rude hostess I have ever seen, not only was she rude to work with her in coming customers, but also the girl. They weren't well occupied. Our server Ian was brilliant, he was called back to work after the work of the early shift and missed mother?s day dinner with his own mother, he gets a big thumb up. The food was on average."

"My wife and I we running errands and we decided to eat out for lunch. We stopped here and WOW! Great taste, great quality and great service. I had to Mongolian Beef. Tender steak and sauce was delicious. My wife had the Kung Pao Chicken. She said it’s some of the best she has ever had. Hot and Sour soup and egg rolls were pretty tasty also. Highly recommend China City in Pelham. We will be back!"

"New York stripes and asparagus woman had the 6 ounces fillet and potatoes, the time we went around noon time 1:00 so she had started busy, but the way it wasn't really that bad, our waiter we had nice and helpful, food was good, just got a picture of the New York Strip"
