"Had an amazing stay here. We was given a disabled room which meant we had a wet room shower. So the shower was a often. And slippery. Extractor fan never worked so it rarely smelt very nice. Also we requested a double bed well in advance which was ignored. Sheeting up the beds to make them a semi double took days before any action. Food was very nice for a 4star hotel."
