"This is our usual haunt for Friday mornings coffee. But called in today for a fish and chips take away lunch, it is a long time since I have had fish cooked so well, good size fillets and crispy batter to die for. NO GREASY food here. Well done folks see you next time."

"Very pleasant staff and service. The breakfasts were quite well made. Gypsy Eggs (a spin on Shakshuka) has a sweeter gravy with a little bit of vinegar, my wife had the vegetarian, it would probably be better with the chorizo. I had the eggs benedict with bacon which was cooked well, served on English muffin. The Hollandaise sauce has a bit of sweetness to it which is pleasant. Unfortunately all the tables were wiped with a cloth which had a strong egg smell which was a bit nauseating. My wife had a decaf mocha which had a level of chocolate which was not overpowering the coffee however the milk temperature was a bit too high to drink. The macchiato I ordered was a bit under-extracted. It might be that the barista was still dialling in the beans. I think both could be improved with an upgraded grinder and dialling in espresso just before the morning crowd. Otherwise quite a pleasant cafe and some pleasant music."

"Strawberries are the star here. Everyone buys at least a punnet. Awesome cafe that serves great pancakes, crepes, waffles. Jam not to be missed. Will order scones tomorrow morning, can't go wrong with cream and strawberries"

"I recommend the kebab king. the kebabs were delicious and fresh and the chips were brown and slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy and white on the inside. it is so hard to get decent fast food now a day, but this place has nailed it. she also looked beautiful and clean!"

"The food came out quickly and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I got the delicious breakfast that was only $12 and everything was perfectly cooked on my dish. my coffee was also delicious. was very satisfied. beautiful relaxing atmosphere. I'm back in albany."
