"We had our part in pizza hut restaurants and by far the pizza hut in sta. lucia esat grandmall is the best. eating was ugly, quickly cooked, served hot and tasty. yes, delicious some pizza huts have their pasta too dry, or... over boiled, to time the sose is too less. the pesto and carbonara in this pizza hut is perfect. also the slingers and riders are great. the salate is fresh and crisp, with the correct amount of dressing also. the cream of mshroom is correct, not too salty and not watery. Finally, the hand-drawn pizza with garlic and pamesian crust is only divine. with this first beginning experience we end there 2x more than the coming week! it is just perfect after a hard school.) so comforting."

"I'm a fan of Pizza hut. But in this branch, I felt really disappointed.<br>
On our first visit with my friend, we ordered a meal for 2 which includes pasta, mushroom soup, regular pizza and an additional salad. It was almost 30-45mins when they served us the pasta. The soup was too bland and the bread is brown-dark (over toasted, I think).. The salad don't look appetizing at all because of the presentation. The carbonara pasta is burnt (it's like we are eating crunchy pasta)<br>
On our second visit, with the same friend.<br>
We thought that maybe we're just unlucky on our first try. But ????, they're still the same or should I say became worse. We've requested for 2 glasses of water and the staff said "sure maam, wait lang po." And we waited for 15mins. Ugh. Very poor customer service. Overall, I still love their pizza and hotsauce."
