"We went there twice on 3 night visit to Arras. They accomodated us well with a nice table. There is no rush and the the choice is huge. We went for moules and frites and a pudding. It came to the table hot and fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed it."

"Wow, we read the reviews and during the visit of arras we have booked ourselves to the 3rd most popular restaurant for families of travel advisers. do not listen to reviews. I ordered the cesar burger, it came cold, I asked for two bites when it meant to be cold, I was told no, my full meal was sent back to the kitchen, deep fried and sent back. chips so hot and fat and my burger now fried a little too deep. it came on a new bunker the two bites clearly out of the burger. children's meal very poor .. 1 hühnerburger no bunny and deep fried chip ends. my son ordered a burger and was so greedy that he could not eat it. white wine was sent back. quality food bad drinks served from bottle, so cant complain"

"My husband was keen to have ribs – so having done the fine dining the night before, his choice won the day! I googled ‘Best ribs in Arras’and Le St Germain was clearly the place to be. According to their advertising, they open at 6pm....Being semi-geriatric – and preferring to eat early, we booked for 6.30. We arrived, were the only patrons, and were given a drink. The staff then sat down to their meal(? and we waited for ½ hour for our orders to be taken. They literally ignored the only customers in the place while they ate. Most bizarre. The ribs were good – the chips were less good. The Tarte Tartine was adequate."
