"The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. Shame should give them the lousy customer service and the lousy quality of the food with the years they have on the market !!!!! I will never return and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Expensive and lousy in every way"

"Terrible!!! We spent 500$ for a freezing room. We called the front desk 3 times through the night to fix the heating system. In the end, they have us 2 small heaters that didn’t even work. We called twice and they kept sending us broken heaters. On the third time they sent us another 2 heaters and only one of them worked. The next day we asked to be switched and they stated that they were completely booked. They offered us 2 drinks at the bar and a discount would be applied. The next night was even colder and that little heater did nothing. We couldn’t even enjoy the view because we were bundled up so tight in the blankets they brought us. Completely ruined what was our make up Valentine’s Day since we were both working doubles the entire week. It was a waste of it hard earned money. On top of that, the manger never applied the discount so we payed full price plus other charges that were supposed to be wavied. What made it worst is when I called to complain, the customer service rep stated that the hotel never filled my compliant. They saw that multiple heaters were requested but there was no compliant on file that we did not enjoy our stay. Well, it’s zero below outside, maintenance couldn’t fix the heating system, multiple heaters were sent and returned due to them being broke. I can assume that we as guests did not expect to pay 500$ over the course of two days to play a game of who will freeze to death first. In theory using body heat to keep warm may sound romantic but not in a room with no heat in the middle of the coldest month in NYC."
