"Al Al Al the Bell Man, if it wasn't for this gentleman, I would have written a completely different review. So, if you don't know when you arrive with luggage and avoid a Dolly guy's name Keith and his manager John is just as bad. They want to be tilted before they enter the Dolly into the building. I had no idea that I usually tip after it comes into my room. Keith literally pushed me from the dolly and rudely told me that if he didn't get a tip, I didn't touch the dolly. John came and instead of diffusing the situation that he instigated and never urges Keith to cheat on me or his hands on me. I started calling the police, but Al came out and calmed me. He gently explained to me that he had no problem being up my luggage. Then continued to push the Dolly to the hotel and helped me up. He was so polite and fascinated for his staff that I could relax and enjoy my stay. He checked us every time we saw him in the halls during our weekend stay. Corporate needs to hire more employees like this amazing Man Al and get rid of Keith, who said he was there for over 35 years. what in his mind meant that he no longer pay attention to the guest. It's his way or no way! John needs a demotion because he has no supervisor skills at all. Even if it wasn't for Al, I would actually contact a lawyer and charges on Keith for attack. Actual facts!!"

"Honestly we’ve been coming here for years and always under estimated this place, they are quick and good! I always get the sampler to start off the general Toss chicken as a meal my husband gets the lo main and it’s never disappointing! I started to get some of the appetizers as a meal because I want to try some other things on the menu!"

"Great food..Recommended ..always semi crowded here but still seating available. Try Vietnamese Coffee snd you make it yourself do you can watch. And the 52 or 54, spicey Beef with white rice. Food is served at decent timing. Decent pricing. Parking outside on side of building is bad so park across street at curb"
