"We have been a few times to this restaurant in the past couple years. It has lovely views and many walking opportunities around. The first time we went there, we had to pay for parking but we did not have any coins. We were planning to go for a coffee at the restaurant and so my husband asked the staff if they could change the bill into coins so we could pay the parking fee. He was told no, that is not possible, this is not their responsibility. Eventually he asked to order a glass of water and then got change that way. We thought okay, fine, maybe this person was just having a bad day. We went again yesterday and it was admittedly very busy. We were directed to go find a table in the Salle. There were no tables available so we waited awkwardly in the middle of the restaurant for 5 minutes. We have a small child and we tried to keep him out of the way, but still he was yelled at to move by a staff member carring drinks through. Once seated, my son was excited about the table decorations which were small crowns with candles inside. I removed the candle and placed it on my head to make him laugh. The waitress promptly took it from my hands, set it on the table next to us and said that is not a toy. I found this to be very inhospitable. After consuming our coffee, we wanted to get going. My husband asked for the bill and we waited 15 minutes for the bill to come. I can only assume after all this that this establishment can stay busy due to the beautiful views and playground outside, but the staff is just too terrible and we will not be back."

"There is a narrow curvey road leading up to the restaurant, and it takes a while until you reach the lonely retauarnt. situated on a small mountain it gives you a spectacular view over lake zurich and the mountains behind fabulous the restaurant itself is gemuetlich , offering good home cooking dishes, nothing fancy but all real and a choice of fresh salads, vegetarian is on the menu as well. maybe one should chose a beer to go with , the wines are just alright. service is fine but the main reason to come is the view. terrace seating is available"
