"Some of my family are members at Turners Club. Every year when I come into town, we meet for dinner or lunch. We will sit for hours and play cards or a game, and that 's AOK here at Turners. This is not your fancy country club this is a down home family type of place. The food is fine for what you pay. Drinks are dirt cheap. What makes the Turners Club so great is what they do for the community. They have a number of sports teams, gymnastics, adult softball or baseball teams, outdoor bowling........... on and on and on. They also have had a car show the past few years which I hear has been a great success. When my kids were small and we 'd go to Turners, they could spend hours on the playground. Every time I 'm there in the summer, the adult ball teams are playing late into the evening. A few times, years ago, in the fall we 'd go to the Haunted Trail they had. It 's a great place. People who are members at Turners are members for life, and they all know each other. This is the old fashioned Mayberry RFD type of life, which has pretty much disappeared across America. Family. Belonging. The simple life. I love to go to Turners and enjoy an evening with family."

"Newly remodeled, AC's Pub is a great place for a drink or meal. We came in for FreeN'Fun Bar Bingo on Tuesday. The place was nearly packed, but that did not slow service. I had the steak sandwich, my wife had a Reuben. Both were delicious. The bingo guy was very entertaining. I will be telling my friends about this amazing place."

"The wings arw AMAZ-ZING! my wife and I stopped in the middle of our usual 20-mile bike tour. Then he said stop here. platz is soo chill, great out of sight I can imagine his still cooler in the night at sunset. "Visited Two Brothers Roundhouse as the Officiant for a Wedding this past week. The two ladies running their Events were incredible for both the Rehearsal time and for the day of the Wedding. They their staff saw that every detail was addressed promptly to perfection with the upmost professionalism. They saw that everything ran smoothly, and that the Wedding Party was comfortable ready. They had one at the door to cued the Wedding crew when to walk. Hats off to a well organized team."
