"We booked a table for 15:00 on 8/10/23. When we arrived we were advised by the bar maid that they had a big table of people so that the food would be slightly delayed. We ordered our food at 15:05 after ordering drinks at the bar. We were sat on table number 106 which is located outside. We waited and waited and nothing came out. We in fact were presented with 1 meal (when there was 2 of us), which turned out to have been brought to the incorrect table! It got to 16:15 and I went inside to ask where our food was. I was then told by a different bar maid to the original one that the resturant had ran out of pork so the roast one of us had ordered could not be made. Why nobody told us that originally, I don 't know! To make things worse, one of the young waitress ' said that she had been waiting for the pork roast to be ready for over 40mins and neither she or anyone else decided to come and tell us! We ended up asking for a refund and even then, no one behind the bar knew how to issue one! It really was the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere. The worst part was not that we were starving, but it had gone past 4pm which means all the supermarkets were closed as it was on a Sunday so we couldn 't even go buy dinner from there! No one cared at all. They were happy to see us go. Absolutely pathetic service and I will be leaving this review on every platform I can, until I get a response from the 5 bells."

"Excellent meal, if a little too much. Shortage of staff apparently but would not have known as young, efficient young man that served us, couldn't do enough. Would highly recommend Chandos. Never will I forget the many wonderful Sunday lunches we had that were delivered during the first lock down. They deserve to succeed!"

"Amazing first meal at bugle horn . was an excellent customer service, I visited with my family and we all had the British bark burger and chocolate brownie and ice cream was the best. wil definitely again for the good eating "
