"Benedetti Restaurant is located in Häckers Grand Hotel in the heart of Bad Ems. According to Count Vincent Benedetti, the French diplomat known as one of the central figures in the foundation of the Franconian-Prussian War of 1870. Furniture and decoration give the restaurant a pleasant character. Like the Grand Hotel, the restaurant has a patina with pre-WW1 charm. Service is sufficient and friendly. The menu is traditionally European. Food is delicious and well presented. We arrived on Saturday and the facility was full of guests who enjoy the rich buffet. We went for the classic asparagus and a good German wine. We were not disappointed. We recommend Benedetti Restaurant to anyone looking for nice food accompanied by a good glass of wine in a pleasant ambience."

"Wonderful venue the food was very high standard most enjoyable very impressed with the service the young lady that served us both X and English which was very helpful when trying to understand the menu.Although I do have one criticism the information on the restaurant says open Open till 10 PM we tried to order a desert at 9:31 and were told that the restaurant was now closed so unable to order a desert after spending €100 on a meal. The average is purely down to the fact we were unable to order a desert"

"For one of the most expensive addresses before place it felt strange that as the first guests we got the first dish we ordered from the day card as sold out. were they cooked in a separate water? my body said no. I had a fierce incompatibility reaction and cannot recommend this restaurant well. we also had unqualified employees in the service we all have and know the hardships to get qualified staff. please take them in future with their guests serious allergies, then they come back. I won't do it."

"I always wanted to go to the winter mountain. we did it. it's great up there. outside the country they can chew nicely. they can sit outside in a beer garden atmosphere or thrive nicely inside. the menu is small but fine with regional ingredients. in every dish is something special. also the selection of cakes and torts is noticeable. I can only recommend."
