"We went last night, our food took over 30 minutes to come despite it being relatively early and us being one of only 5 customers in there. The bartender was grumpy and miserable, he was only young but he kept going up to his girlfriend who wasn’t working there and was just sat on a chair and kissing her neck, not particularly professional, you definitely couldn’t do it in majority of lines of work. When the food did eventually get there it was Wetherspoons standard-I’m not adverse to Wetherspoons, but I expected more because it cost quite a bit more. It was nearly £30 for 2 people. A small fish and chips and a gammon and egg, and 2 Pepsis. Fish was fine, small portions, gammon was overcooked. No one actually came over to ask how our food was, he was too busy being all over his girlfriend to even notice. Then a couple came in with a very adorable puppy and the chef came out to let the puppy climb all over her, glad we had already ate by then because she has dog fur and muddy paws on her by then. No one bothered saying goodbye as we left, or thanks or anything. If you’re around Worksop and want some nice food and friendlier staff I suggest three legged stool."

"General summary its OK Starters (tacos and wings) were nice enough, burgers for mains. Cheeseburger was OK, chicken burger was slightly over done. Nothing worth moaning about and although took some time from app order for staff to bring drinks before food generally service was good. May have been because some people were outside but atmosphere wise totally dead"

"Felt I was eating a la carte in a pub. The food, though expensive, was good but the surroundings let itself down. Very 1970s decor with wobbley tables and chairs. There were three toilet doors at the end of the room, disabled, gents and ladies....I ate my meal looking at these. Not appetising. The staff were lovely. Also there was a chalk board with dish of the day. We paid £120 in here for 4 meals. Reminded me of BHS cafe. Could so be improved without much expenditure."
