"Excellent customer service and great tasting food! The medium pizza was a little bit smaller than I was expecting, but I think my perspective may have been warped by the fact that I habitually order large pies. That being said, their “ crazy eight“ special is a pretty fantastic deal, and is available all the time a medium pie, eight garlic knots, eight mozzarella sticks, and eight wings, all for $18.99 plus tax! Plus the delivery was very quick! I will certainly be ordering from here again."

"I ordered a Chicken Francese pie tonight for my family and unfortunately the pie was nothing like I had in the past from pronto. That would 've been acceptable if the customer service was better. When I called to ask if they had changed the pie the girl on the phone gave me an attitude asking me so what 's the problem, they changed it, they changed it! When I asked to speak to a manager she came back to the phone and said they can 't speak. The pizza had the taste of carbon but I hadn 't tasted it yet while I was on the phone. I didn 't even bother calling about that. What would 've been the use in complaining about my $20 pie being burnt If I couldn 't even get the respect of the manager to speak to me."

"The food here was genuinely awful. We ordered it through Uber and it was lasagna and the chicken Alfredo. Both of the food was undercooked and did not have any flavor or seasoning. Furthermore, my lasagna was pretty much drowning in watery sauce like soup while the chicken Alfredo barely had chicken. The food tasted old and I don't recommend this place regardless of nostalgia or whatever nonsense the other comments are saying."

"I came in from Upstate NY on Thursday and was excited to get some great Italian specialities but that wasn’t the case . The mozzarellas I purchased was terrible the worst I ever had , I also purchased a pound of olives some were smashed mushy , the cheese and parsley sausage tasted sour , the rice balls were so disappointing I don’t have words . I’m so disappointed with everything . Do better bc food is not cheap and I expect quality for these prices and for the Pastosa’s name ."

"The food is ok but this place never fails to disappoint. They think because they are in proximity to the ferry that they should charge Manhattan prices. $20+ for a salad that is always wrong...hostesses that sit around socializing and drinking (presumably cocktails) is just plain obnoxious. When you call to place an order it 's blatant they do not care about your order. I called this past week and inquired if their Swiss mushroom burger included sautéed onion...the response was I don 't know, whatever the menu says, I guess, I don 't have one handy now No interest in giving me an answer, (I happen to know they keep their take out menu right there on the front counter, I would have accepted being put on hold, again, but the truth is they didn 't care about this consumer). Mind you, there 's more but I won 't waste any more of my time or money on them."
