"The food here was genuinely awful. We ordered it through Uber and it was lasagna and the chicken Alfredo. Both of the food was undercooked and did not have any flavor or seasoning. Furthermore, my lasagna was pretty much drowning in watery sauce like soup while the chicken Alfredo barely had chicken. The food tasted old and I don't recommend this place regardless of nostalgia or whatever nonsense the other comments are saying."

"I ordered a Chicken Francese pie tonight for my family and unfortunately the pie was nothing like I had in the past from pronto. That would 've been acceptable if the customer service was better. When I called to ask if they had changed the pie the girl on the phone gave me an attitude asking me so what 's the problem, they changed it, they changed it! When I asked to speak to a manager she came back to the phone and said they can 't speak. The pizza had the taste of carbon but I hadn 't tasted it yet while I was on the phone. I didn 't even bother calling about that. What would 've been the use in complaining about my $20 pie being burnt If I couldn 't even get the respect of the manager to speak to me."

"Excellent customer service and great tasting food! The medium pizza was a little bit smaller than I was expecting, but I think my perspective may have been warped by the fact that I habitually order large pies. That being said, their “ crazy eight“ special is a pretty fantastic deal, and is available all the time a medium pie, eight garlic knots, eight mozzarella sticks, and eight wings, all for $18.99 plus tax! Plus the delivery was very quick! I will certainly be ordering from here again."

"Awesome cheese pie. Crispy around the edges, nice and thin, while not being overdone. Some of these recent reviews show things like a loose soupy pie... That is the fault of either the person bringing it home or the delivery driver. If you order and it comes like that, let them know so the delivery driver can do a better job of keeping the pizza flat. But that only happens because the pie didn't have time to cool a little while flat. It is absolutely nothing to 1 star review a pizzeria for. I brought mine home myself after a 10 minute ride and it was perfection."

"The wings are delicious. They charge for water and it came in a cup instead of water bottle. The egg plant sandwich was good. They had to reheat it because the inside was cold when they brought it out. I'd go back. Server was pleasant but kept forgetting to bring us out condiments."
