"Me and partner have been ordering from grove spice for just over a year when me and my partner moved into the area we were very pleased with the food and the service we received and were happy we had found a excellent Indian take out restaurant. That was until last month we ordered our usual dishes which was a chicken korma, lamb biriani, Bombay potatoes and sundries such as rice, nan bread and popadom. We had paid and were excited to eat the food arrived we had one mouth fool and were nearly sick! The potatoes tasted horrid, the korma sauce looked strange and the meat tasted old! As well as wet flour filled nan bread and stale popadoms we were shocked. We rang grove spice immediately to express our disappointment and to ask for a refund so after weeks of being uncooperative . Today the have refunded £18 when our bill was £25 to say I’m disgusted is an understatement. Terrible food! and even more terrible service to loyal customers! "I could not recommend this place anymore! fantastic eating, fantastic service, every time.<br br>/ we like garlic really, really so, so we have the garlic chilli chicken bhuna and asked for extra garlic. they were friendly enough to commit, and it was fantastic eating. they give us extra garlic every time we order, as well as a nice little by-court.<br>/ the food arrives on time, in the usually early, always very fast, always hot, and always of good quality, both the meat, the soße, the aromen, everything goes down big.<br>/ I would like to thank the cook personally, they do a purple job, we do not go anywhere else!"
