"We had booked a table for 5.45 we arrived 9 minutes late as there were events on and we couldn’t get into the area as soon as we walked in we were told the kitchen had just closed and we could not eat the people just in front of us were allowed to order food we complained and said we would not be back to which the waiter replied that’s ok we have plenty more customers ."
