"Red Robin was always a favorite of mine growing up. From the juicy burgers to the bottomless fries what person could resist this place. My recent visit however had me a little shook. I have not been to a Red Robin maybe for the past 2 years. Now I learned they have completely redone the menu and in my opinion it is much worse. This may be because they got rid of the 2 items I ordered or because it just doesn't scream fun anymore. Red Robin if you see this please please please bring back the Bruchetta Chicken Sandwich. My wife is probably the worlds greatest burger fanatic and this was her first time trying Red Robin. The burgers were honestly very good and she was satisfied, but we ran into one issue. No milkshakes?! I've never been to a Red Robin that told us they didn't have ice cream or the milkshake machine was down.... Milkshakes have ways been a huge part of Red Robin's appeal and it was really just weird when we were told that isn't an option. Most places have multiple ice cream machines/blenders and I know this for a fact. The strange menu update and the no milkshakes is why I'm rating 3 stars. I will always like Red Robin but I hope things start to change in a positive direction going forward. Colter"

"I was very disappointed with our order. The Bacon Cheeseburger and the onion rings were cold. The Southwest Salad was a total disappointment. The chicken was over cooked, it looked like they ran out of lettuce. What little they gave me was old and wilted. I couldnt eat it."

"I'll eat, subpar service. only one in there, except four hired. and sat down. size lunch eile begins as soon as I have set myself. all others were given their orders. I'm not so much. kasse asks for my name; I've never been asked. told him what I ordered (from him, no less! and was told it would be in a few minutes. a few minutes later it was done. they have gone out, seen in my pocket, they have commanded the wrong. had to wait back and wait while they cooked everything I ordered. it took 20 minutes to get a burger and mushroom. not back, not worth it."

"I ordered for me and my grandma. It was her first time trying five guys and she adores it. I would say to be careful on the fries. I ordered a small one for each of us and it was way too much. Next time I would do one for both of us to share. But all and all it was great and our food got here early as well. Will definitely come back!"

"I was in here with family not too long ago and when we walked in we were greeted by a nice hostess and then seated. Our waitress was Emily/Emilee and oh my goodness she is one of the most genuine people I?ve ever met. She was very good with us and everyone around us. There was a mishap with my burger and she was very quick to fix it and even had her manager fix it. The people here are hard workers and it shows. Very grateful for Emily/Emilee, manager, and the rest of the staff."
