"We visit from the city, and it does not seem to be many veg options in Northwest Arkansas, so we were delighted to see that Eleven had a vegan black bean burger option, which was supposedly fabulous. However, when we arrived and ordered the waiter, the waiter informed us that the Patty now contains eggs and they had not updated the menu to reflect it. They made us a mediocre court as a substitute. Many choose as a vegetarian, not so much if you are fully plant-based. Beautiful views!"

"All staff members were extremely nice and blessed my day. the fries were extremely hot and blessed my mouth. the burger was the best i had and it made me very happy. i would give 10 stars if I could because this restaurant is the best ever. everyone go to bentonville wendy’s and make sure to leave a survey off of the receipt because you get free food. great job bentonville wendy’s. thanks for blesting my life"

"Had to take it down some notches for one main reason. They are charging 25cents for a ketchup packet?? On the app at least. Friendly service. Food was fine. But really sonic....I had put 5 packets and noticed the bill seemed extra high. I'll still go for drinks and maybe snacks. No more meals."

"I would like to note that I worked in fast food for the first 3 years of my adult life, and I can honestly say that I hated it. As a current employee being a cultural embassador and working all around treated people respectfully, I must say that I 'm not only impressed by the low prices of my neighborhood Rally 's, I am also astounded with the employees attitudes to each individual customer, being friendly to all. And noticing that I am a frequently returning customer I am appreciated rather than scolded (for the employees 'having ' to work). I will gladly return in the near future."

"Usually we love Applebee's, wherever we go. Tonight the food was great, as we expected, but the service was horrible. The wait staff were huddled together forever, finally she came and took our order. No smile, no friendly service, just took our order and went back to the employee huddle. She was on her cell phone several times. Only came back to our table when she noticed we weren't finishing our food(we just weren't that hungry, the food was fine). She what's wrong, we said the food was fine were just weren't hungry, she laid our ticket down and walked away. We're not from here but we wouldn't come back to this location even if we were."
