"We had a problem with our order and called to let them know. We spoke with the manager, Ally Jay, and she immediately wanted to know all about our experience. She listened to our concerns and was very cordial, professional, and above all wanted to rectify the situation. She was wonderful in addressing our concerns! The food is delicious and I highly recommend it. The ribs are seasoned to perfection, and fall off the bone tender. By the way the sides are great, too!Vegetarian options: Very good options!Kid-friendliness: Nice, clean family environment!Parking: Good parking!"

"We decided to eat here because we wanted to see what the whole hype was about. It was our first time to eat here and it'll be the last. At first, the woman who made our order asked us what we wanted, and when we told her she acted as if she hadn't heard us and would rudely strike the meat on the cutting board again. We ordered three of the 12.99 meals. When I paid for it, the Lord who was in the register was very rude. He said that the total amount was over $55, to which I asked him to clarify why and he even more respectful with me said that I ordered meat so that add to the price. However, I only order pancakes for a meal for which I paid well, but the other two meals had NO cut meat in them and he still wanted to charge me for them anyway. He wouldn't hear what I asked, be rude. It doesn't end when we came home to eat everything was cold and we didn't even get the right meat we asked. Total came to over $55 if it should be about $39 plus taxes. DONT is wasting your time with this place, unless you want to be spoken with very respectless and waste your money on food you have not ordered. There are WAY better BBQ seats than these."

"Update: thought I would try this place again after the new owner got settled in, stall is friendly now, brisket 1/2 my plate the meat is cold and tough, the other half is hot and tender, potato salad and beans are good, on the down side the windows are very dirty, the sneeze guard over the food has not been cleaned in months and caked with dirt and dust. If they can't clean the front of the house I wonder what the kitchen looks like.<br>
If you look at the dirt first, you many not want to eat here<br>

It's still not what it used to be, the place needs some experienced management.<br>
Price- a little high for the quality, as far as service, no one checked on me. The office window needs cleaned<br>

"Didn't get to eat. I went last night (super bowl) sunday at approx 7:30. Walked in and waited at the front to be seated. The bar was full and just a few people in the main dining area. Wait staff walked by several times as well as a manager however no one ever acknowledge that we was their. After waiting 14 mintues we decided to leave."
