"The first holiday felt a hundred years. It's not so long here, but now it's too late. In any case we reached our first holiday destination Berchtesgaden after six hours drive very, very thirsty. At the hotel our room was not ready for reference. This is the first time in the historic centre of Berchtesgaden. After a short tour the Gasthaus Bier Adam appeared to strengthen us with the first Bavarian hell. In the afternoon it was almost twelve o'clock. On the outside Adam already invites on the basis of his optics, and the location also scores. A few sat in front of the inn, a service in the dirt was asked by me if we could sit down. It wasn't a problem. Thus we take place at the stable host house tables and sit on heavy benches. A second service in black dirndl welcomes us kindly and asked if we just want to drink or even eat. We order two lights and wish the card. It's very rich. Too much for my taste. The Bavarian cuisine makes. The first Bavarian light in matching ambience We get our light and order a part of Obazda with extra pastries for the small hunger. Obazda with extra bag Optisch already not bad. The salad in the middle (Lollo Rosso and Bionda and Rucola) remained for me for the most part, the sperling was satisfied with the well-made Obazda. Garnish with salt and red onion rings. Other dressings were egg columns, cocktail tomatoes and vinegar cucumbers. The pastries are served. A still warm bread and a pretty boring bread that came quite dry. All good 3.5* While we sat out there, the rain fell more times less from the sky, a few guests came to stay (whether inside or outside), or went again, as the two service ladies no longer saw. Also our desire to pay was not immediately heard. When can you leave when nobody calls? At some point I am in (five more, affordable guests went back) to pay directly within. There it became clear why there was no more sight. The cabin was full of 30-40 people? In any case, the two turned into service and so, by the way, our operation with brewhouse block and ballpoint pen came to me to write the bill. What do you want to do? You've all worked, and if you don't have more staff, it's like that. Also in a traditional restaurant like the beer Adam, which is considered the oldest inn in the Berchtesgadener Land.
