"I have been a very happy customer of MARCONI’S pizza since they opened, and this was my go-to pizza place. Fresh ingredients, fast service. Today was my 1st time ordering from the newly named ‘Carmoni’s’ and I am extremely disappointed. Falsely advertising the same menu but not the same at all. The pizza was soggy, the Michigan salad no longer has the candied pecans or the homemade raspberry dressing. When I called to ask I was told they were using completely new vendors. I will not be ordering from here again, and the hospital clientele will decline as well. False advertising, and gross decline in the quality of food offered. I’m not sure what transpired behind the scenes for the name change, but you’ve got to update your website to reflect the changes."

"Burned pizza was the condition of our deep dish pizza picked up today! Nothing like black green peppers, dark brown dry cheese, and dry Italian sausage crumbles. When I returned an hour later and showed a piece of the pizza I was just told ?sorry?. I paid over $20 for my over cooked pizza!"

"I ordered pizza and salad from this place last night for delivery. I received email confirmation and the money came from my account. After we never got a delivery, I called and they said they never looked at my job. They said there was nothing they could do and hang up. I went to the place to show them my email confirmation and bank account that money was displayed. the workers would not even consider the proverbs, said this happens all the time and take it on business or contest with their bank I was very frustrated as they never offered an alternative solution and my care will be released and not get my ordered food. I have never experienced such a terrible customer service. I'm sorry they were so repulsive and I didn't care I'm out of the money I paid."

"I have eaten here for about 20 years including a 9 year break due to living across the country. Every time I come here for 20 years it tastes exactly the same. Same recipe same ingredients same everything. Which is to say that every single time I have ever eaten here it has been excellent!! What a great surprise to find the same amazing flavor again after 9 years being away! I have ordered it exactly the same for 20 years. Original burrito, tomato tortilla with chicken, rice, pinto beans, Chipotle ranch, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pico de gallo, and jalapeño. Perfect every time! I don't even like ranch but their chipotle ranch is out of this world"

"I suspect that their employees will switch off their connection early, I called a little before 9:00 a.m. to give a pickup order on Wednesday night and no answer. So I made the reason why I was in the hotel 5 minutes away. it just got a bit after 9:00 and all I heard was “the old stickers at the door, we close at 9:00” I answered online closing time is 9:30 I still have quite a lot of time. “Oh we tried to change it online too, google will not change it” not so hard to change the hour of operations on google. either wanted to be able to leave a 5* review, but not much to check, except an unpleasant interaction."

"Came here after the business. dylan fought with our order. then Bud went back and did not return for 15 minutes. we ordered a small pizza shouldn't take so long. then after 30 minutes wait buddy dylan gives us the pizza. then I sat randomly on the mountain. Bud, the pizza was so hot that she burned the top for all 3 men mouth."
