"I ordered by uber eats. I ordered a custom bowl with adobehuh, extrahuh, shredded salat, fajita vegetables mais salsa, tortilla strips, kalkreis, queso and cilantro. the extra huh that was placed on my bowl was old and clear from the bottom of the pan. I can only describe it as chicken crumbs and some of the chicken crumbs are crispy. the portion of the shredded salad is so small that I can count the salat. there are 6 pieces of shredder salad. 6. When I called and began to explain the situation to the manager politely, I was filled with impatience and annoying. when I explained the situation, the manager constantly interrupted me. until I seriously asked to interrupt. When I finally managed to get all the information from the manager, the manager told me I had to get a refund from uber eats. I explained I don't want a refund. I want my food to be made and replaced with better quality. then the manager said, so do they want a refund and replace her eating? . I told him again that I don't want a refund, I want my food to be replaced. And when the manager took my information, he repeated the information back to me in a decreasing ton with clear annoying. I enjoy eating qdoba's and will probably eat it again. but not from this place and not soon. I have been working for more than a decade in the food and service industry and fully understand the challenges of the circumvention with customer complaints and therefore I always speak with respect and understanding when I need to inform a coworker about a confused order or bad quality of food. this manager must be moved in customer service. he is obviously on his last stray and not able to deliver good customer service. I am very disappointed with the quality of food and customer service with this location. Many thanks for having taken the time to read this, and I hope they have a good day. edit: I also want to tell them that I will not replace my meal anymore. so please remove my information from the list. I'm following a refund of uber eats."

"We took Mixed Fajita plate comes with beef,shirmp and chicken with rice and beans.and 2 large Tortia like pirata,Tortia was really big never seen in Texas like that!The Lady at the front was really nice and friendly.Drive through was super bz rather than inside the Restaurant."

"I usually really like Cafe Rio and eat at the Franklin location quite a bit. Decided to get a pickup order from this location since it was on my way home. They were out of horchata and the lemonade looked dirty. I should have checked my order but was in a hurry. When I got to work and opened it was the wrong meat and no sauce, not even on the side. The blandest quesedilla ever, I don't even think the chicken was salted and I had ordered barbacoa pork."

"I heard an unfavorable review from a buddy at work... man am I glad I didn't let that dissuade me from coming here. 5 Star for sure. They are understaffed, but as long as you're not super pressed for time, this is a great place to go relax and enjoy some very good tacos. That massive plate in the pic has a bunch of different types on it. The barbacoa, carne asada and carnitas were all good, not amazing, but good tacos. The 3 winners there are the GREAT shrimp tacos, the AMAZING Al Pastor, and the FANTASTIC Chirizo. The Chorizo might be the best I've had here in the Treasure Valley. I'll go get 3 of each of those another day and leave fat and happy for sure. The chips and salsa is good, guacamole is thick and tasty, thick chips and a sweet (but not hot at all) red salsa. All in all it's a good place with some very good tacos. Three visits later this is my favorite sit down taco place in the valley. Adding Guacamole to the Chorizo makes it the best chorizo taco I've had around here. The Papas y Chorizo is also really good. What they do well- they do very well!"

"Love the friendly service and the nice atmosphere of the restaurant. However I was told the food I ordered wasn't too spicy and it compared to the level of heat from the salsa. It was way spicier than what I wanted and wasn't like the salsa at all. But it tasted delicious so just a warning, the food is spicier than what was promised."

"My wife and I are on a cross country trip and stopped in Boise for a quick rest. We came here for dinner, like 30 mins before closing. The crew working were so nice and friendly and made our food quickly and with the biggest smiles. Definitely one of thebetter experiences at Chipotle with Charles, Aaron, Amanda, and Mason!! They totally deserve a raise!"
