"What I like about this place is that they don't cut corners things like the amount of cheese on the burger, or the amount of meat that you get. The fact that they have a vegan option on almost all of their burgers is a really nice bonus and I personally think that more restaurants should do that as well. Furthermore, the staff was really friendly and the price of the food was quite reasonable. Now, the reason I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 is quite simple. As another reviewer pointed out, the fries are really the weakest point of this place, as they don't have any crunch whatsoever and don't taste salty at all. I would even go as far as to say that I'd rather eat cheap fries from McDonald's than these ones, which should not be the case at this price point. If the fries get better I will probably give this place 5 stars, and even consider it to be the best burger place in Borås!"

"I have heard a lot about max burger that they are leading competition from mcdonalds in Sweden. but it seems that they still learn a lot about customer service. the burger I got was a lukewarm and nothing special in the taste to make it superior to mcd or burger king burger"

"My favorite burger place, hands down! I make sure to go to Tugg every time I am in Sweden and it has never disappointed, the juicy beef patties with a light char on the outside make for such a thoroughly satisfying bite! I usually get a double patty (you pay extra for it) and each bite feels overwhelming in a good way. Fries are deliciously crunchy as well. Amazing meal in all aspects, which is made even better by cheerful and helpful staff and a cozy interior. I cannot recommend this place enough, this is a must if you like burgers."

"Even if the drive-in bet expects to get something wrong in its order and expect to speak again when they address what is wrong. how can you not just eat the meat hamburger, although you have ordered a plant-based hepper? and if you try to make a complaint, there is a long procedure online to give up before they reach the end.
